Our attorneys and paralegals believe that quality legal services begin with careful listening.  While our goals are to avoid probate and minimize taxes, our clients’ plans are not based solely on tax planning.  We work closely with clients to understand each unique family and their story before we make specific estate planning recommendations.  Only by listening to our clients, can we turn their values and beliefs into a specialized estate plan that also complies with applicable law.  Our team works closely on every case to ensure that each client receives the best representation possible.

We understand that effective estate planning requires patience and attention to detail.  We work diligently with our clients’ other advisors and strive to achieve cooperation amongst all parties so that the client’s best interest is always the first priority.  The attorneys have successfully developed a multi-disciplinary team approach to estate and family business counseling, working with individual clients and business owners and their financial, insurance and accounting advisors.
